Information about the ordering process at Wackenbus.com for the Wacken Open Air 2024

  • If you order here in the shop, you book one or more binding seats in one of our buses. By ordering, we reserve the number of ordered bus tickets and, if applicable, festival tickets for 14 days. After receipt of payment, the booking is firm and the order can no longer be cancelled according to german law. We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is no payment after 14 days.

  • We no longer send printed bus tickets or festival tickets. We only enter you on our passenger list.
  • Festival tickets that were ordered together with a bus ticket will be sent digitally to all passengers starting July 15 2024 via the Wacken Open Air 2024 ticket center. If you would like to have your festival tickets beforehand, you can use this form to request them from us so that we can send them to you personally as soon as we can. Until the dispatch of your festival tickets, you can change your name (“re-personalization”) with us free of charge up to July 15 2024. Re-personalization after this date or after early receipt is only possible at the ticket center for a fee.
  • You can pay at Wackenbus.com by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card as well as other country-specific payment methods. You can find more information here: The payment options at Wackenbus.com
  • You can find the current planning of our departure times and positions of the departure points at any time on the respective departure point page here on the homepage. In exceptional cases, the departure times or departure locations may change shortly before departure. The information that can be found on our homepage on the Sunday evening before departure and that is sent to you by email on the Sunday evening before departure is therefore binding.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the ticket price for the bus ticket includes the outward journey in a modern coach to the festival on [tuesday-en] and the return journey on [sunday-en] (except for pure return tickets). Optionally, a festival ticket for the Wacken Open Air 2024 can be purchased with a bus ticket. We sell this festival ticket on behalf of the festival organizer ICS GmbH at the original price and only in connection with a bus ticket.
  • If festival tickets can still be ordered for a departure point, this is binding, regardless of whether Wacken Open Air 2024 is officially sold out, as we purchase a special contingent from the organizer that is only available for bus-, train- and air travellers.
